Welcome to the Tennessee River Youth Federation site and store! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from our store.

By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Orders & Fulfillment

All items in our store are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, our third-party dropshipping partner. When you place an order:

  • You confirm that all shipping and billing details are accurate.

  • Your order begins processing within 1–3 business days.

  • Production time is typically 2–5 business days, followed by shipping.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. See our return policy and shipping policy.

Shipping

Shipping times vary based on location. Estimated delivery windows:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–9 business days after fulfillment

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days after fulfillment

Delays may occur due to carrier issues, holidays, or high demand. We are not responsible for delivery delays outside our control. See our shipping policy for full details.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if the item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly fulfilled

Customers must contact us within 7–14 days of delivery with proof of issue (photo required). We do not accept returns due to wrong size ordered, change of mind, or late delivery. See our return policy for complete terms.

Product Availability & Changes

All items are subject to availability. We may add, update, or remove products and categories at any time without notice. Availability and fulfillment are dependent on Printful, our third-party supplier.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
All payments are securely processed via Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or other approved gateways.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been submitted.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including product designs, text, images, and branding—is the property of Tennessee River Youth Federation or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Alabama, USA. Any disputes must be brought in local or federal courts located in Huntsville in Madison County.
