Are you ready?? It's time to showcase the value in a healthy lifestyle through speech, media, jingles, or a poster!

Round 1 will occur by region. The final found, for those who placed during round 1, will compete for the top places and prizes.
Volunteers Needed!
Calling adults to help judge these fantastic submissions! We know our youth are going to show out, so we're looking for volunteers for help us with registration, judging, and more for each regional competition. Click the link below to sign up!

Speeches
This competition encourages participants to develop their public speaking skills, confidence, and critical thinking abilities while addressing meaningful issues that impact their communities and the world.
3 categories: ages 8 - 10, ages 11 - 13, ages 14 - 18
Media
This competition encourages participants to use digital and creative media to express their ideas, tell impactful stories, and advocate for positive change.

Jingles
This competition encourages participants to compose and perform short, catchy musical pieces to promote a specific theme, message, or brand.
