Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Fulfillment

All items are fulfilled on demand by Printful. Here is their policy:

  • Typical production time: 2–5 business days, with over 97% of orders fulfilled within 5 business days.

  • Estimated delivery is calculated by combining fulfillment time plus shipping time. Delivery estimates are subject to change based on current order volume and supplier capacity.

Shipping Times After Fulfillment

All items are shipped by Printful. Here is their policy:

  • Domestic (U.S.): Standard shipping typically takes 3–4 business days; Express shipping available (1–3 business days).

  • International: Standard shipping generally takes 5–20 business days, depending on region; Express options are available in some regions (e.g. Europe, Canada) with faster delivery estimates.

Estimated Delivery Time

Be aware that delays may happen due to:

  • High order volume

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Carrier-related disruptions like weather or missed scans

If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please allow an additional 5 business days before contacting us for assistance.

Tracking & Split Shipments

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email once the item ships. Updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

  • Orders may ship in multiple packages if items are fulfilled from different locations or fall under separate shipping categories like hats or accessories

Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please:

    • Double‑check with neighbors and local post office

    • If still missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll work with Printful (supplier) to send a free replacement, where applicable. See our return/ exchange policy.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer, shipping fees may apply to any replacement.

Shipping Restrictions & Customs

Some countries are restricted due to Printful’s carrier or regulatory limitations. International customers may be responsible for customs, duties, or taxes levied upon delivery—check with your local customs office for details

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update shipping options, rates, carriers, and delivery estimates at any time. Item availability and fulfillment timelines are determined by Printful and are subject to change.
