Because our items are made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items:

Wrong Item Received:

If you receive the wrong size, color, or product:

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size ordered by customer

Delayed delivery (unless it exceeds 21 days without updates)

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit:

Contact us within 14 days of your estimated delivery date.

We’ll open an investigation and send a replacement if confirmed lost.
